【East Dormitory – 2026 Fall Semester Bed Release Announcement】 Waiting List Application Now Open
To provide students in need of accommodation an opportunity to apply, vacant beds in the East Campus Dormitory “Undergraduate Male”, “Master & Doctoral Male”, “Master & Doctoral Female” for the 2026 Fall Semester are now open for application. Details are as follows:
1. Application Instructions:
(1) Eligibility: Currently enrolled students of the University who meet the requirements of the 《Regulations for Management of Student Dormitory》.
Note: Students subject to the restrictions outlined in Articles 3 and 4 of the Regulations are ineligible to apply.
(2) Application Period: From 9:00 AM., Mon., Sep. 28th, 2026, to 5 PM., Thur., Oct. 1st , 2026. Late applications will not be accepted.
(3) Application Method: Please fill out the online form (Link: https://forms.gle/fFGVnJbAaFp7h613A) and upload all required documents as instructed on the form.
(4) Allocation Process: Eligibility Review ➔ Lottery for Waiting List Number ➔ Sequential Notification for Vacancies ➔ Payment within Deadline ➔ Bed Assignment

Waitlist numbers will be posted on the Student Affairs website, and email notifications will be sent to eligible students as spots open up. |

Payment within Deadline and Bed Assignment |
Waitlisted students who receive a spot must complete and verify their dormitory fee payment within the specified deadline. Failure to do so on time will be deemed a forfeiture of eligibility, and the spot will be offered to the next candidate on the waitlist. |

Students who have completed payment may proceed to the dormitory to complete check-in procedures. |
3. Notice:
(1) As bed space is limited, if the number of eligible applicants exceeds the available beds, the waitlist order will be determined by a computer lottery, and vacancies will be filled in that sequence.
