I. Accommodation Periods, Dormitory Fees, and Student Loan Information

A. Accommodation Periods for the 114 Academic Year:

(A) Fall semester: Aug. 30^th ~ Jan. 10^th 2026 before noon.

(B) Winter break: Jan. 12^th noon ~ Feb. 13^th before noon, total 33 days.

(According to 《Regulations for Management of Student Dorm》Article 6, students who required to relocate, please transfer to new space after 3:00 PM on Jan. 12^th.)

(C) Spring semester: Feb. 21^th after 3 PM ~ June 27^th before noon.

(D) Summer break: June 29^th after 3 PM

B. Dorm fee:

Students are charged per phase and must apply and be reviewed for each phase.

An additional NT$1000 deposit is required per academic year. (Required for all residents)

 Dormitory payment must be completed before check-in.

(A) Winter Break Dormitory Fee (Short-term stays are not available. Fees are calculated depends on full days)

a. East dorm: NT$80 per day, total NT$2640.

b. Nangang dorm: NT$75 per day, total NT$2475.

c. Xinbei dorm: NT$65 per day, total NT$2145.

d. Yuantong dorm: NT$140 per day, total NT$4620.

(B) Spring Semester Dormitory Fee

a. East dorm: NT$9900.

b. Nangang dorm: NT$9000.

c. Xinbei dorm: NT$7850.

d. Yuantong dorm: NT$18340.

(C) Winter Break and Spring semester dormitory fees will be combined into one payment slip. Please plan your finances accordingly to complete the payment smoothly.

C. Student loan: Only students with Taiwanese nationality are eligible to apply for a student loan.

D. Clearance Requirements for Students Not Applying for Winter Break Stay but Continuing in Spring Semester

(A) East Dorm, Xinbei, and Nangang Dorm: Must comply with dormitory cleanliness and inspection requirements.

(B) Yuantong Dorm: Must complete check-out procedures and clear the bed space before the end of fall semester dorm. Re-entry allowed when the next semester dormitory opens. (Due to limited dormitory space, luggage storage is not available.)

II. Eligibility and Data Verification

B. Eligibility Criteria

(A)Winter Break Dorm: Only current dormitory residents may apply. (All current residents must fill out the online application form, regardless of whether they plan to stay.)

(B) Applicants may only select their current dormitory. Multiple or incorrect selections will result in disqualification without further notice.

(C) International students with student ID starting with 112, the accommodation period will expire on winter break ends.

C. Application Information Review

Once submitted, application details cannot be modified. Incorrect information may lead to automatic cancellation without prior notice.

III. Application Timeline & Process

A. Applicants：Must meet the eligibility criteria outlined above.

B. Timeline:

(A) Online Application Form Opens: Oct. 27^th ~ Nov. 7^th 5 P.M. )

(B) Data Compilation: Nov. 8^th ~ Nov. 10^th

(C) Review Data: Nov. 11^th ~ Nov. 12^th

(D) Result Announcement (Winter & Spring Semester): Nov. 13

(E) Dorm Fee Payment Period: Nov. 13^th ~ 20^th

(F) Receipt Submission (if required): Nov. 20^th

  ※ If the Taiwan Bank transaction is not cleared by Nov. 20^th (excluding pending payments), verification is required.

(G) Bed Assignment Announcement:

  a. Winter Break Bed List: Dec. 9^th

  b. Second Semester Bed List: Dec. 23^th (tentative)

C. Application Process

(A) Log in to the online form (https://forms.gle/wbmZgVKfmVtnQDEi7) and fill in the required details.

(B) Application Steps:

a. Incorrect information may result in disqualification without notice.

b. Wait for review and approval.

c. Complete dormitory fee payment within the deadline.

**Note: Students who joined the spring semester waiting list in July 2025 should still check “Apply for Spring Semester Accommodation” in this form to ensure your rights.

IV. Dormitory Payment & Receipt Submission

A. Payment Instructions

(A) If assigned a dormitory space, payment must be completed before the deadline stated in the announcement.

(B) Late payments will be considered as forfeited, and the application will be canceled afterwards.

(C) Detailed payment steps are attached.

B. Receipt Submission

(A) Submission Method: Email.

(B) Requirement: you need to email the receipt only when you finished the payment and the Taiwan Bank didn’t clear the account upon Nov. 20th.

IV. NTUT Dormitory Regulations

A. Regulation for Management of Student Dorm

B. Important Provisions:

(A) Article 6: Dormitory spaces are limited, and NTUT reserves the final decision. Room or dorm changes are subject to approval.

(B) Article 7: Residents cannot withdraw from the dormitory unless under special circumstances (leave of absence, withdrawal, transfer, etc.).

V. Important Notes

A. The arrangement of dorm space, school reserves the right of final decision.

The dorm beds are limited, if finish paying the slip, we are not consent any reasons to apply refund except Article 7 of the 《Regulations for Management of Student Dorm》.

B. The accommodation list will be announced on OSA website, please bring the receipt and identity to check in after dorm opens.

C. For safety concern, only resident can enter the dorm.
