【NTUT Zhonghe Dorm Second Round_ Waitlist Application for Vacant Beds】 Announcement of Zhonghe Dormitory Lottery Results and Qualification Review for the 2025 Academic Year

!!Zhonghe Female Dorm originally scheduled for September 1, the dormitory check-in date has been postponed to September 7 due to delays in the room renovation work. Please proceed with the payment only if you can accept the new date. (If the renovation is completed earlier, early check-in will be allowed, and an announcement will be made accordingly.)!!

A. This announcement is based on the review results of the second round of waitlist applications for Zhonghe Dormitory bed spaces for the 2025 Academic Year.

B. The lottery and qualification review results for the Zhonghe Dormitory for Master’s and Doctoral program students are provided in the attachment.

Due to the limited number of beds, undergraduate and graduate students may be assigned to the same room.

** Reminder: Dorms may share waitlist with applicant's consent.In order to maintain the principle of fairness, we will not agree to change the dormitory you have registered. You can only be replaced in order to other empty beds in other dormitories after all the people on the original registration list have been filled.

C. Dorm fee, Payment & Receipt Submission

(A) The dorm fee and the operation methods, please check the announcement of dorm registration.

(B) Dorm Fee Process:

a. Payment Deadline: Aug 13th ~ Aug 17th 2025

b. Payment Instructions, please check the announcement of dorm registration.

(C) Receipt Submission

a. Requirement: you need to email the receipt when you finished the payment.

b. Email Address for Submission:

  1. Undergraduate students: tony70109@ntut.edu.tw

  2. Graduate students: scorpio_nov@ntut.edu.tw

Only when the dorm manager reply can ensure your right to accommodation.

c. Documents Required: Receipt or transaction screenshot (with the write-off number visible)

(D) Those who fail to complete payment or required document submission by the deadline will be deemed to have forfeited their right to dormitory accommodation. Their bed assignment will be canceled without further notice, and they will be disqualified from applying for dormitory accommodation in the future. The vacated bed will be reassigned to applicants on the waiting list in order.

D. Notice

(A) The arrangement of dorm space, school reserves the right of final decision.

The dorm beds are limited, if finish paying the slip, we are not consent any reasons to apply refund except Article 7 of the Student Dormitory Regulations.

(B) The accommodation list will be announced on OSA website, please bring the receipt and identity to check in after dorm opens.

(C) For safety concern, only resident can enter the dorm.

(D) If there is any further information, please be aware of the OSA website.

(E) After checking in the dorm, if you have any question, please feel free to contact as below,

  • Xinbei Dorm: Contact dorm administrator
