112 School year the result of reviewing the application of Master & PHD of accommodation for winter dorm & 2^nd semester dorm

A. The operation procedure depends on the result of reviewing the application.

B. The list of the result of reviewing the application, please check the attachment as below.

C. the dorm fee of winter & 2^nd semester, student loan, the procedure of paying & submitting the receipt via Email

  (A) the dorm fee of winter & 2^nd semester accommodation (plus deposit NT$1000)

a. winter dorm fee: (do not provide short stay, calculated depends on full days)

     (a)East dorm: NT$80 per day, total NT$2560.

     (b)Nangang dorm: NT$75 per day, total NT$2400.

     (c)Xinbei dorm: NT$65 per day, total NT$2080.

    b. 2^nd semester dorm fee

     (a)East dorm: NT$9900.

     (b)Nangang dorm: NT$9000.

     (c)Xinbei dorm: NT$7850

  (B) student loan: only Taiwan nationality could apply the loan.

     If you have paid your deposit NT$1000, then there will be only the student dorm fee.

  (C) the operation procedure of paying the dorm fee & submitting the receipt

     a. the time of paying the dorm fee & submitting the receipt: Nov. 21^st ~Nov. 26^th

       anyone who being announced to get the right of the space, delay paying the slip and delay emailing the receipt to the dorm manager will be regarded as giving up the space and canceling the application afterwards.

     b. the steps to pay the dorm fee

       (a) log in Bill Inquire in Taiwan Bank website(https://school.bot.com.tw/newTwbank/StudentLogin.aspx)

       (b) type in personal status according to fields

        aa. Collection category: please key in 191742

        bb.身分證字號及學號：ARC no. & Student ID no.

        cc.識別碼：7 digits of date of birth in Chinese calendar, please follow these steps as below, ex. birthday19991205à0881205

          Step 1: Calculate your birth year in the year of the Republic of China

                XXXX (AD Year)–1911 = XX (Year of the Republic of China)

          Step 2: Put a “0” in front of XX along with the 4 digits of your birthday XXXX

          Step 3: This should be the result of your Date of birth (in the year of the Republic of China)

       (c) print the dorm slip and finish paying the payment.

c. the operation procedure of submitting the receipt

 (a) after finish paying the dorm fee, please email the receipt or the screenshot of transaction details successfully (write-off number should be on it) to dorm manager to confirm.

          (b) by receiving the reply from the manager to complete & confirm the application. (If didn’t receive the reply, please call during working hours).

D. Notice

 (A) The arrangement of dorm space, school reserves the right of final decision. The dorm beds are limited, if finish paying the slip, we are not consent any reasons to apply refund except Article 7 of the Student 

        Dormitory Regulations.

(B) The accommodation list of winter dorm will be announced on Nov. 29^th on OSA website, the accommodation list of 2^nd semester dorm will be announced around Dec. 1^st. 2^nd semester dorm is open on Feb.

       17^th 2024, please bring the receipt and identity to check in.

(C) If there is any resident has confirmed to COVID-19 or suspected cases during your stay, we are going to handle the situation in accordance with the epidemic prevention measures of the Epidemic

     Prevention Command Center.

(D) For safety concern, only resident can enter the dorm.
