【NTUT Master & PHD DORM_ Present Resident-Winter Break & Spring Semester】 2025 The Application and The Operation Methods of Accommodation for Winter Break Dorm & Spring Semester Dorm Registration
A. The duration, dorm fee and the student loan of the Master & PhD dorm
(A)The duration of the dorm
a. fall semester: Aug. 31st 2024 to Jan. 13th 2025 before noon.
b. winter break dorm: Jan. 13th 2025 noon to Feb. 13th 2025 noon, total 32 days. (According to NTUT Regulation for Management of student Dormitory Article 6, the person who school adjust the rooms and beds, please transfer to new space at 3 p.m. on Jan. 13th)
c. spring semester dorm: 3 p.m. Feb. 15th 2025 to June 21st 2025 before noon.
d. summer break dorm: start from 3 p.m. June 23rd 2025
(B)Dorm fee (NT$1000 deposit is required to be paid by the new resident)
a. winter break dorm fee:( do not provide short stay, calculated depends on full days)
(a)East dorm: NT$80 per day, total NT$2560.
(b)Nangang dorm: NT$75 per day, total NT$2400.
(c)Xinbei dorm: NT$65 per day, total NT$2080.
b. 2nd semester dorm fee
(a)East dorm: NT$9900.
(b)Nangang dorm: NT$9000.
(c)Xinbei dorm: NT$7850
(C) student loan: only Taiwan nationality could apply the loan.
B. Qualification & information review
(A) Qualification review:
a. you could only choose the dorm you stay, fill in repeatedly will be regarded as disqualified and cancelled without notification.
b. the accommodation period of the international student ID no. start with 111 will expire on winter break ends.
(B) Information review: once completed filling in the information, it cannot be modified, any error info will be regarded as disqualified and cancelled without notification.
C. the Applicants for the dorm & the schedule
(A) the Applicants for the dorm:2024 fall semester present residents (all residents should fill in, no matter willing to stay for the next stage or not)
(B) The schedule
a. the period of filling in the google form: Oct. 28th ~ Nov. 8th 5pm (you still have to finish paying the payment and submit the receipt)
b. sort out data: Nov. 9th ~Nov. 13th
c. data review: Nov. 16th ~ Nov. 19th
d. the result of application announces: Nov. 21st
e. pays the fee & submit receipt: Nov. 21st ~Nov. 26th
f. accommodation announcement:
(a)winter break dorm accommodation list: Dec. 2nd
(b)spring semester accommodation list: around Dec. 3rd
D. Registration application procedures and methods
(A) Registration application procedures: please log in the online form (https://forms.gle/CJJPVh8VC1eWBrEZ9) and fill in the info, make sure all the info is correct before submitting.
(B) Methods
a. log in online form and complete filling in: you could only choose the dorm you stay, filling in the wrong dorm will be regarded as disqualified and cancelled.
b. after finishing the registration, please wait for reviewing.
c. waiting for reviewing.
* Anyone who being announced to get the right of the space, delay paying the slip and delay emailing the receipt in the google file will be regarded as giving up the space and canceling the application afterwards.
d. finish paying the payment before deadline.
e. submits the receipt before deadline:
After finishing paying the fee and the Taiwan Bank haven’t clear the account upon Nov. 26th, please submit the receipt or the screenshot of transaction details successfully (write-off number should be on it) to the dorm manager’s email address (scorpio_nov@ntut.edu.tw)to verify.
Only when the dorm manager reply can ensure your right to accommodation.
E. Notice
(A) The arrangement of dorm space, school reserves the right of final decision. The dorm beds are limited, if finish paying the dorm fee, we are not consent any reasons to apply refund except Article 7 of the Student Dormitory Regulations.
(B) The accommodation list will be announced on OSA website, please bring the receipt and identity to check in.
(C) For safety concern, only resident can enter the dorm.
(D) If there is any further information, please be aware of the OSA website.
(E) After checking in the dorm, if you have any concerns, please feel free to

Nangang dorm: please first contact dorm administrator
Xinbei dorm: please first contact dorm administrator
