112 School year the application and the operation methods of Master & PHD of accommodation for winter dorm & 2nd semester dorm registration

A. Master & PHD dorm the duration of dorm, dorm slip and the student loan

  (A)112 school year the duration of dorm

    a. 1st semester: Sep. 2nd 2023 to Jan. 13th 2024 before noon.

    b. winter dorm: Jan. 15th 2024 noon to Feb. 15th 2024 noon, total 32 days. (According to NTUT Regulation for Management of student Dormitory Article 6, the person who school adjust the rooms and beds, please transfer to new space at 3 p.m. on Jan. 13th)

    c. 2nd semester: 3 p.m. Feb. 17th 2024 to Jane 22nd 2024 before noon.

    d. summer dorm: start from 3 p.m. June 24th 2024

  (B)the dorm fee of winter dorm & 2nd dorm (plus deposit NT$1000)

    a. winter dorm fee: (do not provide short stay, calculated depends on full days)

      (a)East dorm: NT$80 per day, total NT$2560.

      (b)Nangang dorm: NT$75 per day, total NT$2400.

      (c)Xinbei dorm: NT$65 per day, total NT$2080.

    b. 2nd semester dorm fee

      (a)East dorm: NT$9900.

      (b)Nangang dorm: NT$9000.

      (c)Xinbei dorm: NT$7850

  (C) student loan: only Taiwan nationality could apply the loan.

B. Qualification & information review

  (A) Qualification review: you could only choose the dorm you stay, fill in repeatedly will be regarded as disqualified and cancelled.

  (B) Information review: once completed filling in the information, it cannot be modified, if do not complete set up google file will be regarded as disqualified and cancelled.

C. the Applicants for the dorm & the schedule

  (A) the Applicants for the dorm:112 school year 1st semester residents (all residents should fill in, no matter willing to stay for the next stage or not)

  (B) the schedule

    a. the period of filling in the google form: Oct. 30th 9am~ Nov. 10th 5pm (you still have to finish paying the payment and email the receipt)

    b. the time of sort out information: Nov. 11th ~Nov. 12th

    c. the time of reviewing: Nov. 14th ~ Nov. 16th

    d. the time of announce the result of application: Nov. 21st

    e. the period of paying the slip & email the receipt: Nov. 21st ~Nov. 26th

      anyone who being announced to get the right of the space, delay paying the slip and delay emailing the receipt in the google file will be regarded as giving up the space and canceling the application afterwards.    

    f. the time of accommodation announcement:

     (a)winter dorm accommodation list: Nov. 29th

     (b)2nd semester accommodation list: around Dec. 1st

D. The application of register methods & the operation methods

 (A) the application of register methods: please log in google form (https://forms.gle/BNH5XrZktPPn9pqQ6) and fill in information, make sure all the information is correct before submitting.

 (B) operation methods

   a. log in google form and complete filling in: you could only choose the dorm you stay, filling in the wrong dorm will be regarded as disqualified and cancelled.

   b. after finishing the registration, please wait for reviewing.

   c. waiting for reviewing.

   d. finish paying the payment before deadline.

   e. finish uploading the receipt before deadline: in order to verification, please email the receipt or the screenshot of transaction details successfully (write-off number should be on it) to the dorm manager’s email address to check. Only when the dorm manager reply can ensure your

      right to accommodation.

E. Notice

 (A) The arrangement of dorm space, school reserves the right of final decision. The dorm beds are limited, if finish paying the slip, we are not consent any reasons to apply refund except Article 7 of the Student Dormitory Regulations.

(B) The accommodation list will be announced on OSA website, 2nd semester dorm is open on Feb. 17th, please bring the receipt and identity to check in.

(C) If there is any resident has confirmed to COVID-19 or suspected cases during your stay, we are going to handle the situation in accordance with the epidemic prevention measures of the Epidemic Prevention Command Center.

(D) For safety concern, only resident can enter the dorm.
