I. The bed assignment lists for each dormitory for the 2026 Fall Semester are attached below.

II. Dormitory administrator or floor leaders will send check-in notification emails to your email address between Aug. 21^st and Aug. 24^th. Please be sure to check your inbox as well as your spam/junk folder to avoid missing any important messages.

III. If you are unable to check in on the designated date, please proactively contact your floor leader or dorm administrator upon receiving the check-in notification email to ensure a smooth check-in process.

IV. Important Notes

(I)The arrangement of dorm space, school reserves the right of final decision.

The dorm beds are limited, if finish paying the slip, we are not consent any reasons to apply refund except Article 7 of the 《Regulations for Management of Student Dorm》.

(II) The accommodation list will be announced on OSA website, please bring the receipt and identity to check in after dorm opens.

(III) For safety concern, only resident can enter the dorm.
