I. Basis for Allocation This allocation is based on the results of the waitlist review for graduate students for the 115th academic year.

II. Results and Placement: Please refer to the attachment for dormitory draw rankings, qualification review, and lottery results.

Note: If the waitlist for the originally applied dormitory is full, the University may, with the applicant's consent, directly arrange placement in other off-campus housing.

III. Accommodation Fees, Student Loans, and Payment Procedures

2. Payment Period: June 17 (Wed) to June 21 (Sun). Please access your personal payment slip via the payment portal (Category Code: 191742).
3. Student Loan Procedures: Only students with Taiwanese nationality are eligible to apply for a student loan.

IV. Payment Verification

A. To confirm your payment status as soon as possible and protect your housing rights, students are strongly advised to check their reconciliation status on the Bank of Taiwan website.

B. If you have completed the payment but the system does not show it as "paid" due to processing delays, you must email your payment receipt or a screenshot of the successful transaction details (the screen must clearly display the reconciliation number) to scorpio_nov@ntut.edu.tw before 12:00 PM on June 22 (Monday) for manual verification. Your accommodation is only secured once you receive a confirmation reply from the OSA administrator.

C. Consequences of Late Payment & Vacancy Filling: Students who fail to pay on time and do not provide proof of payment will be considered to have forfeited their dormitory placement. The vacated beds will subsequently be offered to students on the waitlist in sequential order.

V. Important Notices

1. The university reserves the final right to decide on dormitory assignments and bed availability.
2. Due to limited resources, once payment is made, refund requests will not be granted for any reason, except in accordance with Article 7 of the Student Dormitory Management Regulations, to protect the rights of other students.
3. Per Article 8 of the Student Dormitory Management Regulations, students leaving the university (e.g., due to graduation) must move out within one week.
4. The final list is posted on the Office of Student Affairs website. Upon move-in, please present your payment receipt and national ID card to the dormitory office.
5. To maintain dormitory security and control crowd flow, only residents are permitted to enter the dormitory during move-in. Parents and visitors are requested to wait outside.
6. Any updates or additional information will be announced in the "Important Announcements" section of the Office of Student Affairs website. No further individual notification will be provided.
