I.  Payment Period: From June 17 (Wed.) to June 21 (Sun.).
   Please follow the payment steps to check your dormitory fee invoice (Billing Category: 191742).

II. Accommodation Fees for Each Dormitory (Fall Semester):

International students: East dorm NT$12,000, Nangang dorm NT$10,000, Xinbei dorm NT$8,700, Yuantong dorm NT$ 20,250.

**The security deposit refund process for AY 2025 is scheduled to commence two weeks after the end of the summer session. Please note that the bank transfer may take approximately 45 working days to complete.

III. The winter vacation accommodation period for off-campus dorm in 2027 is 39 days. The fees are as follows:

Nangang dorm: NT$3,120

Xinbei dorm: NT$2,730

Yuantong dorm: NT$6,240

IV. Student Loan: Only students with Taiwanese nationality are eligible to apply for a student loan.

V.  Payment Verification Guidelines:

A. To confirm your payment status as soon as possible and protect your housing rights, students are strongly advised to check their reconciliation status on the Bank of Taiwan website.

B. If you have completed the payment but the system does not show it as "paid" due to processing delays, you must email your payment receipt or a screenshot of the successful transaction details (the screen must clearly display the reconciliation number) to scorpio_nov@ntut.edu.tw before 12:00 PM on June 22 (Monday) for manual verification.

C. Consequences of Late Payment & Vacancy Filling: Students who fail to pay on time and do not provide proof of payment will be considered to have forfeited their dormitory placement. The vacated beds will subsequently be offered to students on the waitlist in sequential order.

Notice: According to《Regulation for Management of Student Dorm》Article 8, Students who leave the university for any reason (including graduation) must move out of the dormitory within one week.
