【Important Notice: Graduate & Doctoral Dormitory】Summer Housing payment period & Fall Semester AY2026 Fee Adjustments

Dear Students,

Regarding the upcoming summer housing payments and dormitory planning for the new academic year, please read the following arrangements carefully to ensure your housing rights are protected.

I. Summer Housing Arrangements (Period: June 29 – Aug 26, total 59 Days)

To ensure the smooth allocation of summer housing, the following schedule and regulations have been confirmed:

(I) Summer Housing for International Female Students (Nangang Dormitory Relocation):

A. Due to high demand exceeding the capacity of Nangang Dormitory, female students in Dual Degree programs will be prioritized and allowed to remain in their current residence (East Dormitory).

B. After accommodating the priority group, all other applicants will be located to the Nangang Dormitory. Please follow the location procedures accordingly.

(II) Payment Period: May 8 (Fri) 3 p.m.– May 14 (Thu). (Refer to the announcement for detailed payment steps.)

(III) Payment Verification Deadline: May 14.

If your payment is not reflected as "Cleared" in the Bank of Taiwan (BOT) system by May 14 (excluding those marked as "Paid, Pending Processing"), you must email the coordinator with your payment receipt or a screenshot of the successful transaction. Your housing spot is only guaranteed once you receive a confirmation email from the OSA (Office of Student Affairs)- scorpio_nov@ntut.edu.tw

(IV) Bed Assignment Announcement: Originally scheduled for May 14, the announcement has been postponed to May 19 (Tue) due to administrative adjustments.

II. AY2026 Fall Semester Housing Fee Adjustment Plan

The university is committed to the mission of "Quality Enhancement as the Core, Sustainable Management as the Foundation." These fee adjustments reflect actual operating costs and will be reinvested into facility repairs and living environment optimization.

(I) Overseas Chinese Student Discount Adjustment: Fees are expected to be aligned with the standard rates for general international students. The exact implementation date and supporting measures will follow official announcements from the OSA.

(II) Rate Adjustments: Dormitory fees are expected to increase by up to 20%. The university will hold briefing sessions/meetings soon to discuss these changes with student representatives.

(III) Payment Schedule: To optimize bed utilization and management, payment for the 115-1 (Fall 2026) semester is expected to be completed before the end of the current semester. Please prepare accordingly.
