I. This announcement is based on the review results of current dormitory residents' applications for 2026 Winter accommodation and the Fall Semester.

II. The list of applicants and the corresponding review results for winter and fall semester accommodations are provided in the attached document.

III. Dorm fee, Payment & Receipt Submission

B. Dorm Fee Process:

(A) Payment Deadline: Nov. 13^th ~ Nov. 20^th 2025

(B) Payment Instructions, please check the announcement of dorm registration.

C. Receipt Submission

(A) Requirement: you need to email the receipt only when you finished the payment and the Taiwan Bank didn’t clear the account upon Nov. 20^th.

(B) Email Address for Submission: scorpio_nov@ntut.edu.tw

Only when the dorm manager reply can ensure your right to accommodation.

(C) Documents Required: Receipt or transaction screenshot (with the write-off number visible).

IV. Important Notes

A. The arrangement of dorm space, school reserves the right of final decision.

The dorm beds are limited, if finish paying the slip, we are not consent any reasons to apply refund except Article 7 of the 《Regulations for Management of Student Dorm》.

B. The accommodation list will be announced on OSA website, please bring the receipt and identity to check in after dorm opens.

C. For safety concern, only resident can enter the dorm.
